To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

第一次食已經唔記得幾時,第一次可能耐無食辣,所以個次叫特辣真係差d頂唔順！其後愛上左就成日約fd出去食,每次必定叫腩肉特辣,可能食得耐,e家覺得唔算太辣！好鐘意呢道d腩肉,薄薄地,肥瘦差唔多,好正！配菜ge腐竹都好鐘意,可能因為吸收左d湯ge精華,而且又好薄,入口個下真係無得頂！不過我覺得d米線真係太多啦,我最多都係食到一半,搞到我成日覺得好晒野-0-野就好食啦-0-不過d服務真係頂唔到！如果係平日無咩人個時就唔叫都到,係多人個時就叫極都唔應！記得有一次,同d同學補完課去食,個時坐滿人,張檯無人汁,叫左幾次汁檯同抹檯,佢地應完話等一等,轉個頭又無左件事,個下真係好火囉！又有一次同我呀媽去食,個時都唔算多人,我地坐低左,見到張檯都無味乾淨,咁岩有個呀姐抹緊一張無人坐ge檯,我呀媽就叫人黎抹啦,佢竟然當聽唔到囉！之後我呀媽就發火,話佢地有人個d又唔抹,無人個d就咁得閒係道抹！結論:雖然服務有時真係勁差,但係我都幾鐘意食呢間野,不過我一定唔會係多人ge時間去架啦一定！
