朋友最近升左職,請我到呢間新開居酒屋食飯一齊賀一賀佢🤣莓莓你好&飛田血腥馬嬲-苺苺你好: 草莓+紅莓清酒同蜜糖調配,味道甜甜地,好清新,酒味唔太出-飛田血腥馬嬲: 同Bloody Mary味道相似,酒用sake加vodka ,酒味相對會濃啲,而且一半杯邊有曬上鹽,加埋一齊飲會咸咸辣辣,幾特別辣酒凍風螺-螺肉好彈牙,辣酒一直浸住,酸酸辣辣,相當入味磯煮鮑魚-師父刀功好好,原隻上但其實切開晒一舊舊,就咁食都新鮮彈牙,加上旁邊嘅醬汁係另一種味道明太子御好燒-上菜時會分開上薑絲同紫菜,姐覺得加紫菜好夾。唔會煎得太實,軟硬適中松葉蟹海膽炒飯-師父炒得粒粒分明,唔會太硬太乾身,蟹肉同海膽份量都好多
