朋友生日佢話想食日本野終於三個人都得閒食番餐好野開個好既2022年先!!!作為一個廚師發辦當然真係每一道餸都充滿驚喜!佢哋最主打嘅有兩款「おまかせ」❣️價錢分別為$1280同$1480!分別就係多咗一款清酒鮑魚✨我哋決定選前者因為驚食唔晒!前菜已經非常精緻!一式三款!主要令我難忘嘅就係紫蘇葉炸海膽豆腐!豆腐嘅軟軟配埋紫蘇嘅香味!刺身更加係令人眼前一亮!牡丹蝦配海葡萄!海葡萄嘅清爽粒粒口感!另外牡丹蝦本身軟身兩者好夾!至於熱食料理呢! 立鱗燒真係第一次食!魚鱗燒到脆卜卜,好似軟化左既蝦殼咁!!而且本身番魚頭整個汁!原汁原味嘅魚!和牛都好高質!唔錯!另外佢哋嘅壽司當然唔少得嘅係海膽!另外仲有火灸 魚令到油分出晒嚟!甜品同埋佢嘅濃湯!都係廚師精心炮製廚師解釋過濃湯佢用豬骨魚頭煲左三個鐘!而且甜品係佢哋特別調製清新嘅口感啱晒又想食甜嘅又怕太甜既女士!個商埸重有大抽獎呀!同埋泊車優惠!一家大細真係好岩呀!
