刺身方面
干目魚薄造,賣相吸引,而且份量一啲都唔孤寒,疊到好高,大概有五塊左右。

千葉縣黑鮑魚 
鮑魚彈牙不韌,醬汁比起出面食嘅酒味偏濃。

目光魚一夜乾
呢個好驚喜,脆脆地鹹味剛剛好,份量都啱啱好,連骨都食埋👍🏻

壽司方面水準都偏高,如果揀$980個set食到呢個水準我覺得超抵!
壽司上嘅切紋睇到出師傳好用心,壽司完全冇筋,用料都好新鮮!(上個月食完有米芝蓮星星嘅竟然食到筋!!)

Great foodie experience. Chef really knows his stuff, and explained all the kinds of fish. Great to fond good Japanese food in TKO We went for the 15 course menu, and had a great time as chef explained each fish as well as some of the tricks for preparing and eating them. Pickled bitter squash as an accompaniment to sushi was a first.

䲞魚湯作為尾聲都是一種高潮,每一口都是鮮味濃郁的味道,問落才知道是選用了多種魚去煮成的湯,完全不是一般魚湯的層次。對我來說,是一份超越。

最後以蜜甘奶凍作句口,換回清新香氣,滿足離開。

A4 和牛粒 配埋青椒仔同 南瓜 一咬落去牛爆油脂花!師父解釋用牛本身出既油花去配個醬汁!所以成件事就超重牛味既!同埋啲蔬菜都好豐富牛味呀!
至於壽司平均都幾高質!至於濃湯同甜品都屬於中上既質素

用左OpenRice 訂座優惠,我地四個人去食,寫明第二位半價,四位會送清酒,去到問侍應,佢話優惠只可以2揀1 okay 我都算到埋單只有一位有半價 其實正常第二位半價,4人食應該係2個人有半價 但侍應堅持係4人食只有一人半價我叫佢分2張單 2個第2位半價 佢話唔得同我入餐廳講既唔同 已經無送清酒 仲要用呢種手法行騙完全接受唔到壽司師傅幾好 食材都幾好食物正常,部分魚生有筋,不過師傅有幫手換另一件比我前菜就怪怪地,生菜無落任何調味,無落醋,亦無沙律醬本身入到去仲喺度諗點解間餐廳會冇人原來係因為咁唔誠實嘅營商手法我會將呢個case交去消委會備案唔建議大家光顧呢啲唔誠實嘅黑心商家
