To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中學同學見面時間越來越小,大家工作忙,結左婚就更加難約,好似見個面都要搵一個理由咁.每逢好友生日大多數朋友都會出席，年紀大了，選擇的食物都有變化，從前只會選擇日本放題火鍋那些餐廳，現在選擇較多中式酒樓，今次揀了科學園的囍慶，因為朋友住在附近，覺得這裏清靜，環境乾淨，價錢相對實惠，我們一行七人選擇了八人套餐，食物份量都比較大但是味道和服務都是普通.粟米魚肚羹，味道合適中較浠.花膠雞湯浸菜苗,味道太淡.上湯龍蝦伊麵,有兩隻龍蝦,麵份量多,抵食蒜蓉粉絲蒸扇貝.很細隻,感覺唔新鮮清蒸海斑,蒸過火.炸子雞,外脆有雞味.瑤柱蛋白炒飯,乾身,不油,較淡.壽包,普通貨色椰汁桂花榚普通貨色
