To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

幾日前為朋友慶生，六七個人食中菜好似比較方便傾偈。早一日先卜位，我地平日食，佢有兩個時段，6-8 或8:15 開始，我地卜815，未到八點殺到就有位喇！呢間餐廳不少菜色都有中上水準😋服務亦不錯～係個不平宜的前菜係哈蜜瓜同爛提子要扣扣分正式菜名忘記了，但也想分享一下～她們的烤鴨當然無得輸，香又唔肥，唔夾餅皮都好食春卷味脆好好食～炸豆腐也不錯，炸漿薄又香，豆腐夠豆味～XX叉子，個餅殼好味呀，肉鬚又唔太油，要爭食其餘的看相同caption 啦😉

她們的烤鴨當然無得輸，香又唔肥，唔夾餅皮都好食

春卷味脆好好食～
炸豆腐也不錯，炸漿薄又香，豆腐夠豆味～
XX叉子，個餅殼好味呀，肉鬚又唔太油，要爭食
