朋友生日,三個人一齊去食晚,之前有朋友介紹我哋去呢一間。我哋事先已經book左位,間鋪頭入面好細,如果無book真係好大機會唔會有位。我哋帶咗三個主菜,其中一個係炸魚薯條,一個呢就叫做牛腹扒,一個係黑松露雜菌意粉。其中兩個係餐,所以有兩個餐湯同埋兩杯熱飲。首先嚟嘅係蕃茄湯,番茄湯應該係茄膏做,當然亦飲得到佢真係有新鮮嘅蕃茄存在嘅,所以呢餐前湯來講都已經係有一啲誠意。同時佢仲有幾條麵包餅乾條,雖然係一啲現成買嘅產品但係都幾好食嘅。炸魚薯條炸魚並唔係用龍脷柳做嘅,薯條係一啲比較闊身的,唔會揸到好脆但又唔會好林,剛剛好。牛腹扒佢嘅建議係三至五成熟,但聽到三成熟有一種茹毛飲血嘅感覺,所以我哋選擇咗五成熟。呢個五成熟係有牛肉的鮮味,仲配個紫色嘅番薯茸,好好味。黑松露汁菌意粉相比之下就失色左少少,因為呢感覺上太油。黑松露係選擇用黑松露醬油所以比較油膩。我哋的食得唔算好飽,埋單唔洗500蚊,合理價錢。
