最近因為疫症都冇乜點出外面食,加上新春期間,冇咩餐廳開門。我同家人就決定近近地係大埔搵間餐廳,於是就揀左依間Anyhow。雖然環境裝修都好靚、好homey,但始終位置唔算便利,希望依家小店都可以繼續堅持落去!同屋企人食西餐,通常都叫左啲starters先。原本叫左個花甲,但係賣晒,所以得番青口,不過照殺。我本身就幾鐘意食青口,覺得最緊要就係個sauce,依個真係不得了,食到都有幾濃嘅芝士味,配埋個丹麥酥(十分推介)真係不得了!不過青口煮耐左小小,我比較鐘意嗰個剛剛熟嘅質感。我哋仲叫左個toast,裏面有ham cheese 黑松露 芝麻葉等,不算係好特別,不過配起黎個味道都唔錯。芝士都處於半融狀態,有拉芝!黑松露芝士焗薯條就真係唔錯,out of my expectation係個sauce有啲似卡邦尼加黑松露,所以都唔會輸。個人好鍾意佢個汁好多,令薯條索晒啲汁,變成外脆內爆汁,正!依到嘅pasta我都覺得唔錯,我哋total叫左兩個Spagetti加個Risotto,依到個汁都整得好好味,另外一提個大蝦好新鮮(仲有膏添)!不過⋯⋯肉類就麻麻地,包括個水牛城雞翼同埋Barbecue Po
