To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上星期五約左個friend食飯，近近地去左尖沙嘴美麗華食壽司。7點去到，餐廳無乜人任坐，坐左卡位，首先叫左佢壽司并盤，原來新加左張點菜紙，自己填好比伙記落單都得。1碟20件壽司，有左口魚、拖羅、帶子、三文魚、軍艦等等，夠新鮮、厚，味道好。但2個麻甩佬食當然未夠飽，之後叫左2串豬腩肉同炸軟殼蟹。豬腩肉有少少肥，食落爽爽地幾正，而軟殻蟹炸得非常鬆脆，一啲都唔油膩。食野期間都有伙記不停加茶，服務算幾好。雖然唔算平，但又唔係好貴，適合朋友傾計既餐廳。
