To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 長沙灣荔枝角我喺呢個地方工作超過20年,只有一班朋友聚會,我哋就會去大中華飯店,佢裏面所主理菜式,真係千變萬化,又能夠配合客人嘅需要。香煎墨魚餅,新鮮熱辣墨魚鮮甜,再配一個泰式雞醬🤗。海鮮豆腐湯,材料新鮮又多,佢會放一啲合時令唧海鮮一齊煲,鮮甜無比。明爐燒鵝,即叫即燒,外皮趣卜卜,鵝肉鮮嫩多汁😆。最好係可以自攜酒水,免開瓶費。請注意,我估呢個服務有機會只提供給熟客仔🤷🏻‍♀️。老實講,🤣🤣每次去呢間飯店,都一定有朋友請,😂😂但價錢真係公道,抵食值得讚許👍。
