前兩日同朋友聚舊, 近近地揀左去東大街食, 見間餐廳裝修都幾別緻, 價錢又可接受, 就試下。德國鹹豬手配芥末燒汁 $118 豬手皮脆煙韌,肉質嫩滑,但比較細隻。咸豬手通常佐以酸椰菜,有助消化,但這裡改為涼伴脆肉瓜及紅蘿蔔,比較合我怪口味。芥末燒汁與普通燒汁一樣,食不出有芥末味。紅酒燒汁燴和牛面頬肉 $108推介~雖然不肯定是否和牛,但牛面頬肉炆得好淋,食落口感豐富,牛味濃郁,值得一試。香煎美國極佳級牛板腱 $138因為碟上我選擇7成熟, 入口肉汁多,都幾嫩, 份量偏少, 有點貴。
