To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

之前同朋友仔聚舊，又唔想食雞煲打邊爐，反而想舒舒服服無咩味咁食下野傾下計，就黎左茶木了 大家各自叫碗主食飲品，之後再點3款小食share，我自己就點左紅燒牛肉麵同胚芽奶茶。都唔錯，雖然湯底唔係正宗既紅燒牛肉麵味，但係都香濃，配埋面頭d香菜咸菜，為整個湯底加分，牛肉都好淋，肉同麵都份量適宜，舊紅蘿蔔幾好食，好夠甜 奶茶都唔錯，但胚芽份量唔算多小食方面，豬耳唔係好辣，唔算好爽脆，半淋半爽香腸都好食，但比預期無咁多肉汁，配埋大蔥蒜頭真係令人好懷念台灣膠 依個小食係全晚敗筆，太油太韌，食左幾舊就無食茶木勝在每間都坐得舒服，地方闊落，食物又多選擇，同朋友聚舊唔想忙於不斷劃單清野食而忽略左交談的話，係一個唔錯既選擇

 都唔錯，雖然湯底唔係正宗既紅燒牛肉麵味，但係都香濃，配埋面頭d香菜咸菜，為整個湯底加分，牛肉都好淋，肉同麵都份量適宜，舊紅蘿蔔幾好食，好夠甜
