To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 前日見社交平台彈出1蚊雞又回來了,正馬上約朋友們去食雞,4人有2只雖然都等得耐,但一路等,一路吹水,ok嘅同時都叫左每人一碗28蚊湯,邊吹水邊等。又叫左肥牛粉絲煲同荷豆象拔螃,大家吹得好開心,希望可以再去食,唔好咁快完啊~另外2星期前都食過酸菜魚煲+火鍋料(菜藍,蝦滑,肥牛),雖然都辣,但辣得好爽。上星期又去食鮑魚雞煲+火鍋料(菜藍,水餃),一樣正不過需要改善的,就係自助煲水機,好多枱都是壞壞地,水永遠都煲到一半未到滾就100度,感覺水未滾,最終要叫姐姐攞水壺希望餐廳要改善這些硬件,這會影響客人進餐的心情啊~
