呼 🚬 有個朋友話:「喂!我屋企附近有間好正嘅泰菜!啲嘢好好食,啲串燒比你之前介紹個間仲好食!😆」咁啦我就本住探險家精神決定窺探呢間泰菜嘅廬山真面目🦭!🍴泰式雜菜煲 $78 🌟普通到唔再普通嘅雜菜粉絲煲......食得出廚師盡咗力放好多心機落去,但呢個心機真係太普通同太鹹呢🤧🍴泰式春卷湯金邊粉 $58 🌟🌟我真係好鍾意食金邊粉🤤呢個金邊粉麵身正正係我最愛嘅腍身😆清湯底唔太鹹唔太淡,又唔太特出。但份春卷非常一般,只係普通嘅蔬菜夾雜些小肉絲,食落唔太油膩同酥脆。再加上廚師將泰式雞汁同春卷放埋一齊,搞到個春卷皮腍晒,扣分!**可能有人怕清湯太寡,唔緊要!記得善用泰菜館啲醬料吧,加入泰式魚露、辣椒粉,同砂糖令成個湯底昇華到可辣可唔辣嘅層次!🍴招牌串燒(雞/豬)$88 🌟🌟🌟我個朋友極力推薦嘅招牌串燒,唔難食但唔算太特別......雞肉串燒食落嫩滑鮮甜,搭上綿質惹味沙嗲醬 ,絕對適合用嚟送啤酒或白飯/湯河;豬肉串燒肉質鮮嫩,咬落有陣濃濃香甜豬肉味,肉汁同脂肪喺口內爆開,齒頰留香🤤 由於串燒真係好難整到難食,除非佢成串燒燶咗,否則難食極都有個譜...... 呼 🚬 食完成餐,我決定嚟緊一個月都唔想
