To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同班中學舊同學飯聚，我們有11人，雖然話隱世，但其實識路就好易去到何文田站出口高山道直行，好快就見到喜滿樓的招牌。入到去座無虛席超旺埸，大大聲講野都唔驚。食物方面，芝麻雞和炸子雞外皮夠脆唔油膩，肉質嫩滑唔膩。西蘭花炒東星斑片，大大件東星斑。招牌欖角骨絕對值得一讚，一字骨肥瘦適宜。黑椒茄子牛柳，蒜頭配料太多 ，可以改善。椒鹽蝦係我最鍾意，外脆內軟，脆得唔油。黄金凉瓜更是香口，食落唔覺苦。最後食了新加坡炒蟹，味道無得彈，酸辣恰到好處。今次飯局各位都滿意，下次再來。
