Restaurant: La Parole

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 不經不覺幫襯這間良心社企已經10年,每逢慶祝節日,我哋都會特意揀這間餐廳,除了有殷切嘅服務態度,還有廚師用心烹調嘅食物,每次幫襯完都有滿足嘅感覺。在疫情和經濟的打擊下,這間良心社企掙扎求存,但租金上漲嘅問題可能令到這間良心企業無法經營下去。句人情味嘅餐廳已經買少見少。希望多啲人認識呢間餐廳而多啲去支持,可以繼續經營下去🙏。星期六晚上當大部分人去食火鍋或冬至飯,我特意到La Parole 和家人慶祝爸爸的生日。今晚選了5 course Christmas dinner. 第一道是指定前菜——香焗火雞胸伴牛油山核桃撻、栗子蓉及長邊豆,蔓越莓汁,平時不愛火雞,但對這道菜另眼相看,火雞雞嫩滑,配上酸甜的蔓莓汁成了很佳的開胃菜💪🏻。 第二道是2選1前菜—-香焗澳洲龍蝦配輕煎北海道帶子,洋蔥巃蝦汁 或 香煎法國頂級鵝肝伴鴨肉及焦糖白蘭地青蘋果,意大利黑醋汁及墨魚汁海鹽。兩道各具特色,帶子配龍蝦口感濃厚, 鵝肝更是出色,感受到廚師用心烹調,令食物升華到最佳狀態。第三道是餐湯,我地選了招牌法式龍蝦湯,濃厚的龍蝦湯,美味可口,令人一口接一口想把它喝完😋😋我為爸爸選了香煎佐賀A5 和牛,家人和選了煎焗

我為爸爸選了香煎佐賀A5 和牛,家人和選了煎焗日本進口鱸魚,香煎肉眼及羊架。全部都十分美味。最後便是自家甜品,朱古力心太軟一如既往十分出色,我特別喜歡法式香料酒燴啤梨伴西梅,為美味的晚餐作最完美的完結。

服務員殷切的態度,廚師珍惜食材用心烹調是La Parole 的一大特色,希望這間具人情味的社企餐廳能夠經營下去🙏
