To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 某一間天在附近辦一點事情，剛好時間是上午11點正不是一個繁忙時間。想找一間餐廳可以舒服地吃一個午餐，剛巧看見這餐廳坐位很多，這時候食客也不算多所以就嘗試這餐廳。但非常可惜，店員偏偏安排我坐在左右旁邊都是食客的走廊位。那時候我坐另一邊，但店員說不要坐，會妨礙他們工作。我那時候非常不滿，為什麼知道會妨礙他們工作，但仍要安排我坐非常擠迫的位置。但我見有其他坐位都是空空的，之後我要求，坐另一個坐位。之後點了一個海南雞喇沙麵，海南雞非常'鞋' 同乾， 豉油都只係非常普通的生抽一樣，喇沙湯味道淡。如果用這一個價錢食和享受非常不值得。不再會光顧餐廳。寧願食附近的譚仔 。😡👎👎👎👎👎
