平常吃鐵板燒都係慶祝生日、紀念日先會去食,畢竟人均消費都比較高,但4月16日香港出咗消費卷!即刻去食餐好既❤️我非常享受廚師🧑‍🍳係我哋面前煮菜的過程,每一道菜都非常用心,細緻入微,利落乾淨,鐵板燒就是要邊吃邊欣賞大廚既功夫👍🏻食材全部都食得出非常新鮮,銀鱈魚外脆內嫩,重點是大廚就連魚皮也煎得非常用心,再配上特製醬汁,真係好好食😋北海道帶子配上特製既醬油芝麻脆脆,增加咗帶子既口感🫶🏻深海虎蝦配南瓜龍蝦汁,醬汁香濃虎蝦爽口,日本A4黑毛和牛薄燒,和牛裡面包左脆脆蒜片,中和了和牛既油膩感,最後仲有櫻花蝦炒飯時上時再配香甜的味增湯、木魚味噌蒜頭漬同柚子蘿蔔,我好奇問大廚漬物和吸物不是前菜嗎?為什麼最後先上呢?大廚解釋正宗日本的吃法係配飯食既,確實木魚味噌蒜頭漬配炒飯的味道跟單吃食炒飯,真的很特別,好食好食☺️ 甜品係焦糖多士和奶凍,多士好香脆可口,完美結束今天既晚餐😚餐廳既服務態度也非常好,專業細心👍🏻套餐包括:1️⃣刺身三點2️⃣廚師精選沙拉3️⃣日式蟹肉蒸蛋4️⃣銀鱈魚5️⃣北海道帶子6️⃣深海虎蝦7️⃣日本A4黑毛和牛薄燒8️⃣櫻花蝦炒飯9️⃣漬物。吸物。甜品
