To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間譚仔三哥已經開咗一段時間，先前就曾經以武打片段作為招徠，奇怪，這樣的橋段引起新聞，後來竟然沒有構成公眾地方打交嗎。🤣門口寫住外賣要等25至35分鐘，不過這天已經差不多晚上九時，因此食客都不多，結果阿姨說只需等15分鐘，逛一逛超市都差不多，還算可以接受。😀反而覺得這譚仔三哥食米線份量比較多，本身我叫煳辣那個湯底，不算太過辣，應該比起平時的麻辣10小辣更加輕微。炸醬都算大大盒，基本上一個人叫就可以兩個人分，😚腩肉比以前遜色，又薄又細塊，不過小食的確出色，例如青瓜，又或是蒜泥白肉。蒜泥白肉小的都已經很大盒，蒜味好像切得夠幼細，😇底下的白肉份量都不太少，得來不會好像譚仔的蒜泥白肉那麼辣辣到紅色一般。😍這樣兩個兩餸麵加兩個小食還有飲料都只是$120左右，可能比譚仔還要便宜。
