To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我同朋友因進入上一間已選擇既壽司店服務感到不滿而離開搵其他鋪頭食。咁岩就發現左呢個寶藏，魚生新鮮，侍應有禮貌熱情。不過因為細鋪頭即叫即整，等侯食物要耐小小。但因為上一間經歷過態度差既鋪頭，呢間反差大到我個日食得好開心。細鋪頭雖然裝修吾豪華，但好有人情味，而且衛生做到到位。而且價錢正常，二人消費600-700，因為我比較大食但食到好飽。有間吾記得左名，個裝修好靚但服務超差，隔住一條街喳，大家小心中伏。反而呢間值得推薦去試下
