To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 我今午到此餐廳吃下午茶,通常我都會清潔下枱面,嘩,紙巾是灰黑色的,算啦,我都清潔咗啦。此餐廳是用WR code 落單,因我不想慢,要求「女」職員幫忙落單,但她叫我到接近餐廳門口,我以為她不懂人手落單,要她的同事幫手,原來不是,她要我站在落單機旁邊,我說乜她就落乜,她是否智商有問題,落一份全日早餐都要客人站在一旁邊說邊落單,是否沒有帶腦袋返工呢😡,如此不願提供服務的餐廳,不如不要做服務行業啦,是否下次要客人自己落單,自己走入廚房弄餐,吃完自己洗碗呀,咁我點解要出街用膳呢😡😡😡😡😡
