To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 以前在銅鑼灣店食過多次，炸魚薯條好食！今天掛念它，特意再來，但奧海城分店。原來再無炸魚！先點了（落單順序）1️⃣ 蟹餅 + 2️⃣ 煙三文魚Pizza + 3️⃣炒波菜(side dish)因想先食Pizza. 以免同步上菜，未食完一菜，另菜已涼，，所以10分鐘後加點4️⃣牛肝菌意大利飯🍝上菜次序1️⃣ 牛肝菌意大利飯 看相可見牛肝菌濃度低，如白汁忌廉味無異，只是有各種菇類。似食雜菌忌廉意大利粉！$158 基本該多點牛肝菌味吧！當開始食不久，就上第二道2️⃣ 三文魚Pizza我食到一半意大利飯時，已開始食pizza, 可能超薄底，而上菜盤是薄薄的金屬盤，開始食時已經只是暖，味道是可以，但當食第二片，已經是全涼了！3️⃣ Pizza 中段上炒波菜，蒜味濃，但我和朋友都感到過鹹！4️⃣最後上是蟹餅，第一次見如此迷你，但都不是重點，是燶！廚師可能以為反了向底會掩人耳目😅 。味道⋯一般般！2人全單約$460左右

最近終於有時間去返呢間餐廳，真係好耐冇食過啦！所以就決定去嘆返杯咖啡☕️🍽️Best In Town Carbonara🍝意粉d汁唔會太多，所以唔會漏，火腿鹹味較重，個人認為稱不上「Best In Town」日本蜆柚子胡椒意粉🍝蜆肉鮮甜，夠厚肉，意粉有淡淡柚子嘅清香，不錯😋巴西莓玫瑰咖啡☕️每次去一定會嗌呢杯🌹飲落淡淡花香，唔單止好飲，仲好靚，女仔一定會鍾意🩵伯爵茶咖啡☕️咖啡之間滲透出伯爵茶香，再灑上伯爵茶葉作點綴，更加提升了風味🫖整體環境幾Relax 讓人感到舒適自在，食物味道不錯，性價比方面不算特別高，不過假日可以嘆杯咖啡 chill 吓，享受一下都幾不錯✨

趁住奧海城而家搞緊熊貓展，商埸中庭有好多熊貓可以打下卡， 帶小朋友去影相玩下...玩到累就去左旁邊 HABITU TABLE 食件蛋糕飲杯咖啡休息下。今次點左玫瑰荔枝慕絲蛋糕，口感輕營，而且蛋糕味道好清新，可以食到淡淡既玫瑰同荔枝味，又唔算太甜。再簡直飲番杯咖啡， 就完美了。

之前食過Keto沙律，覺得唔錯，諗住再嚟食。唉！居然轉咗Menu冇得食。唯有揀吓其他沙律嚟食。❌ 牛油果烤雞凱撒沙律 $98 lunch set 雞胸肉尚算嫩滑，但係頗鹹。d肉勁厚切，仲有好硬嘅邊都俾埋客食，使唔使咁盡😒。牛油果賣相勁唔靚，有啲黑色嘅一粒粒，不過好彩食落就唔苦。啲煙肉切到好細粒，食落有啲脆脆感覺。沙律汁就正正常常，勝在唔算太酸或者太濃味。👌🏼 日本蜆柚子意粉 $158Menu 話新出。意粉質地好爽硬，al dente。但係食唔到柚子胡椒味。就係橄欖油撈埋高湯嘅味道。日本蜆都幾鮮甜。環境：★★★★☆ 食物： ★★★☆☆ 推介度： ★★★☆☆

先生，整間舖，得兩個客，你地都可以搞錯單？我地落單寫左玫瑰咖啡要single shot，後尾我地又得登提醒你地玫瑰咖啡係single shot。結果都係搞到玫瑰double shot，另一杯single shot，我地可以分到嘅，因為成日飲。連简体連簡單的事情都做不到，服務業怎會好？
