To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

同幾位同事試下 佢地食左個黑毛豬扒一般般我食左個意大飯就垃圾級海鮮有臭味 煙三文魚梅梅地 飯質同調味都差意大飯係茄汁底 調味太濃 汁太稀成個意大飯都難飯都一個點黑毛豬就熟得濟 個汁其實還可以味道係幾好食 肉質還可以另外餐前沙律叫還可以 粟米薯仔正正常常無乜特別 餐飲都無乜特別另外服務差到一個點 叫極都無大幫手上菜又唔專業 唔識收菜先上又唔會知你食乜 答佢食乜又問兩次態度又唔好西面 放左嘢上枱連位都唔轉餐具又舊又唔乾淨 餐具有漬
