Restaurant: The Yuu Japanese Dining

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 再到一遊吃晚餐,水準穩定,服務良好。🍣今次點了吞拿魚蓉軍艦,味道較淡,魚香稍嫌不足,但份量多。另點了海膽手卷,海膽味道香濃香滑,味道不錯。但是,兩款壽司飯都比較散,黏度不足,醋味亦不足夠。另外再叫了魷魚刺身,味道不錯,份量亦足。🍜熟食點了牛肉湯烏冬,牛肉相當美味,留香足夠,入口溶化,建議食。🍤第一次吃這裏的天婦羅,選擇了海鮮天婦羅,分量很大,每類海鮮都有兩件,包括帶子、虎蝦、魷魚、白身魚、南瓜、番薯等。每一款都很好吃,值得一試。🍲還有一盒蟹肉豆腐,本菇與蟹肉煮成汁,配上日式炸豆腐,相當美味,口腐十分香滑。餐廳食品定價較高,但份量亦較多,所以一班人share食比較性價比高。👍🏻餐廳服務很好,整體用餐感覺良好。
