To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行完尖沙咀，到了食晚餐時間經過，就隨意食左一餐，又幾好食。點左2個一人套餐同小菜，上菜速度快！1人套餐：蜜汁叉燒飯+春卷+熱奶茶 $88有齊小食，主菜同飲品，抵食呀。大大碟飯，新鮮出爐叉燒。1人套餐：生牛肉湯粉+菜心+柚子蜜 $88見到餐牌標明秘製湯底，就試試係咪咁勁啦。河粉同牛肉都好足料，牛肉幾嫩，落左唔多香料，其實口味偏向港式，湯底未見有好大驚喜。即炸越式春卷，香脆好味。肉碎茄子煲 $88夠鑊氣，茄子炒得入味，哩個煲送飯一流。值得一讚仲有哩度既員工態度好，食得開心。
