To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今日下午兩點半後入座,當時有好多吉枱,我地一行三大人加一位6個月大BB,侍應語氣超差話唔比放BB車,BB車要放門口,咁都算,既然要客人抱住BB用膳,又咁多吉枱,咁我想揀一張空間寬闊些都唔比,藉口話店尾位置一陣要清潔唔比新客入座(當然,我地食完埋單都唔見佢地清潔),咁唯有退而求其次啦,雖然侍應阿姐黑晒口面望住我地,我都再算數唔想影響與朋友聚餐嘅心情,但用餐中途叫侍應加水,佢回應得好晦氣,收得茶錢,加水係應份啦,做侍應做到要令食客唔享受到用膳樂,呢個老闆咁都接受到員工態度惡劣幫手趕客就真係連老闆都有問題!到埋單時因爲要泊車優惠問左一句係咪要電子消費先得,收銀果位女仕語氣勁差答左兩次我地冇泊車,呢度冇電子付款,係咪一定要咁差對客人佢地先會開心工作?好食嘅點心仲有好多地方選擇,想食得開心又享受就唔好揀呢間!雪山叉燒包唔錯,但都抵不過食到一肚氣,好難受!
