To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

服務態度差勁，食物亦不出色

之前喺富豪軒食過不下十次晚飯鍾意佢環境闊落，食物味道亦都唔錯所以今次試下飲茶果然係一試難忘，再試投降點心冇一樣出色蝦餃淡而無味同埋完全唔明點解可以做到好似小籠包咁有湯汁真係第一次試咁新派嘅蝦餃食完咸點，落單加多個紅棗糕等咗大約廿分鐘，問侍應姐姐係咪漏咗單佢淨係回覆話有落單㗎，等多陣啦過多五分鐘再問另一位侍應哥哥又係同一樣答案，再叫我哋等多5-6分鐘前後等咗30分鐘我以為自己叫咗隻火雞 最後真係唔想再等，叫佢哋取消埋單嘅時候仲要同我講「你唔要個紅棗糕，我幫你取消咗喇」我話「唔係我唔要呀，係等咗30分鐘都冇嚟呀」之後屋企人仲話聽到呢兩位侍應俾說話我哋聽話「淨係招呼你一檯咩」「係要等咁耐㗎啦」其實我覺得冇問題嘅 如果真係要30分鐘先做到嘅話可以喺落單嘅時候講清楚而唔係要個客去追，仲要用咁嘅服務態度回應咁嘅服務態度加食物質素我相信絕對有更加好嘅選擇

等咗大約廿分鐘，問侍應姐姐係咪漏咗單
佢淨係回覆話有落單㗎，等多陣啦
過多五分鐘再問另一位侍應哥哥
又係同一樣答案，再叫我哋等多5-6分鐘
前後等咗30分鐘
我以為自己叫咗隻火雞
最後真係唔想再等，叫佢哋取消
