今日與相熟客戶茶聚,見到有懷舊點心,第一眼就見到蝦多士,席間有客人有印尼的華僑,說這點心多年無食過,所以點了蝦多士、黃沙豬膶腸粉,春蛋燒賣、芋角、蝦餃等。蝦多士的確香脆,蝦滑爽,不覺太油, 黃沙豬膶腸粉,真的是值得一試,是從前酒樓的味道,春蛋燒賣就比較普通! 芋角真係非常之鬆脆,芋香夠。 蝦餃嘅水平正常,蝦味新鮮。酒樓的服務很好,侍應主動及反應快,香港餐廳嚟講係好難得。另外值得一提係地方寬敞,而且更主動送上甜品,我哋叫了綠豆沙,客人很滿意這些懷舊點心。

Today was to celebrate my own and my friend's promotion. The food was of great quality. My favorite is definitely the soup. Each dish had quite a large portion and lots of us packed the food away. However, we all had room for dessert as it was quite light despite being fried. Even some of us who don't like desserts love their egg twirls. The price for 8 of us was $5600, which is quite a bargain for the quality and quantity.

今日又有好朋友要離開香港,移民到遙遠嘅外國。為咗同好朋友餞行,於是book左尖東富豪九龍酒店嘅富豪軒食晚飯。我哋一行8人大約7點左右到達,可能係平日嘅夜晚關係,只係得兩三枱客,十分冷清。我哋當晚由於人多嘅關係,所以叫左好多餸,例如胡椒粉絲海蝦煲,片皮鴨,蜜汁黑豚叉燒,什菜煲等。。。我個人認為最值得推介嘅係脆皮牛坑腩,脆脆的十分香口。當晚由於有朋友仔有富豪membership,所以埋單有75折,非常抵食。

屬於凍糕類🥥椰汁味香濃,仲有原粒嘅蓮子同桃膠~
滋潤又養顏,質地亦都實在唔鬆散~
唯一壞處可能會覺得甜左少少🤏🏻

之前在這酒店中菜午市吃點心覺得不錯,今天再試晚市,沒有失望。透過OpenRice訂座有折扣優惠,致電酒店查詢有C區可以5人一枱。接電話的員工非常有禮貌兼解釋清楚,值得一讚。我們一行5人點了以下菜式:芙蓉黃金蝦:這是至高榮譽金獎名饌,果然名不虛傳。黃金蝦即是咸蛋黃包裹著虎蝦,虎蝦份量十足,有5隻,剛好一人一隻。咸蛋黃味道適中,不會太嗆或太咸。值得推介的是芙蓉(炒蛋白),雖然本身味淡,但與咸蛋黃蓉一拼食很夾,加上幾件爽口的西蘭花,不會太硬或太軟,整個菜式配搭很好,美味非常,正!金湯珍珠香茜魚蓉羮:這是金獎名饌,與餐牌中的照片有點距離,但可以接受。這個應該用甘旬煮湯,放了一些圓圓像珍珠的物體和一些滑子菇,再有些魚蓉,味道其實不錯,但賣相可以好些,如像餐牌的照片就更好。京燻素鵝:這是我喜愛的,一般酒樓的素鵝都是煎或炸,但這個外包腐皮是煙燻的,包裹甘旬絲和青旬絲(有些酒樓除甘旬絲和青旬絲還會包冬菇絲),上次午市吃的味道較好,因為我喜歡吃偏甜的,今次煙燻味較重,但也不錯。京式片皮鴨(二食):二食加$138可以涼瓜炆,鴨不算大隻、偏瘦,但味道不錯,包的餅皮和配菜算足夠,二食味道也不錯,略嫌涼瓜較少,
