To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. I ordered the sandwich J4 (mashed taro, egg and meat floss) at around 1pm. When I got back to office, I started eating and realised the mashed taro was missing, making me returning to the store to find out what was going on. The sandwich tasted poor (the egg was over cooked) and the bread was not crispy at all.
Initially the staff denied the mistake until I showed them my receipt. While they tried to offer me a replacement, the wait time was so long and I simply got a refund.
People make mistakes and that is fine. However no apologies were ever given. I will not recommend you to go through the wait given this quality and service.

我下午1點左右點了三明治J4(芋泥、雞蛋和肉鬆)。 考慮到高峰時刻,等待時間大約20分鐘。

當我回到辦公室時,發現店家沒有放芋泥,所以我回到商店反映。而且三明治味道很普通(雞蛋煮過熟了),麵包根本不脆。

起初,工作人員否認了錯誤,直到我給他們看我的收據。 當他們試圖為我重做一份時,由於等待時間太長了,我選擇退款。而且沒有得到任何一句道歉。
