Restaurant: Tim Ho Wan, the Dim-Sum Specialists

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 整體嚟講食物質素都可以, 尤其是叉燒包, 簡直係必食推介, 可能由於名氣大, 好多人排隊等位, 安排方面, 亦唔係 太清楚人數多少的安排準則, 所以有好多遲過我哋嚟但係入座先, 但係不得一提, 有一名叫阿慈嘅女服務員, 態度十分惡劣, 對客人呼喝。 如果服務態度冇改善, 真係唔會再嚟。 坐我旁邊有另一台外國遊客, 在落單後亦都感到服務態度極差, 不停討論香港服務員態度問題, 嚴重影響香港旅遊業形象, 亦令到米芝蓮形像下降, 希望負責人睇到呢篇文章作出改善。
