To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

服務態度惡劣，唔會再幫襯

年初三本來打算一家大細開開心心飲餐茶，有小朋友，所以揀咗呢間有平台公園玩嘅酒樓。一早8點幾打去book檯，個侍應話booking full咗，叫我去walk in，咁我要攞張12人大檯，就早一個鐘去walk in 攞飛仔等啦。但眼見門口個位知客小姐只係俾大檯俾booking個啲客，我哋攞咗飛等咗成個半鐘都冇分派一張大檯俾walk in 個啲。如果唔會分檯俾walk in 客，咁你叫人去walk in做乜。問佢佢就好冇禮貌咁話'係咁架啦，人哋年初一等三個鐘都係咁啦' 但當時有老有幼，唔方便再去第二間，加上已經等咗成個半鐘，唯有死忍等埋佢。終於等到檯，但仲谷氣，門口個位已經態度極差，入到酒樓啲侍應態度一樣差，三催四請都唔會幫你加水，食物味道一般，仲要漏單。好好哋飲餐茶但攪到個個都唔高興，我一定唔會再幫襯，亦唔會介紹呢間服務態度超差，食物水準一般嘅酒樓俾朋友。
