To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

服務態度惡劣，食物質素一般

今日下晝一到呢間餐廳，老闆就同我哋搵位，一搵到位就好無禮貌咁話：坐⋯坐⋯坐！當坐低咗之後，我太太就出咗去叫嘢食，我坐喺隔籬，睇住個老闆好唔耐煩好冇禮貌咁不停催我太太落單，不停講：講⋯講⋯講！畀完錢之後，當然一句多謝都冇啦。我一邊等，一邊睇住其他客人落單，佢哋嘅遭遇同我太太一樣，有一位客人只不過係喺落單嗰時諗咗一陣，就畀個老闆好冇禮貌咁問：乜你重未諗食乜㗎，喺嗰度快啲諗啦！最後，啲嘢食到咗，我食白汁雞肉意粉，啲意粉好淡，味道普通，雞肉比較老，食第一口之後就唔想食第二次喇。呢間鋪無論食物質素同服務態度都欠佳，希望日後可以多加改善。
