To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

晚餐時間 我同友人一入去 就有個男人勁惡咁叫我哋坐張二人枱 我見嗰位有啲窄 我又攞得多嘢 諗著坐第二張冇咁窄 都冇諗住坐佢張四人枱 佢就勁大聲話：「呢張有人book咗㗎啦，你哋唔好坐！」嗰刻真係勁想走 如果唔係友人想食 我真係直接走差唔多食完嗰陣 諗著慢慢飲埋杯嘢飲 個男人就勁大力dum張單落嚟叫我哋埋單 我嗰下真係比佢嚇親 咁我哋以為係岀面有人排隊 佢想催人走 咁咪快啲埋單走 但岀到去一個人都冇 都冇人排隊 完全唔明做乜要催人走呢一間一定冇下次 會同身邊啲frd講千祈唔好食 啲食物又唔係特別好食
