To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

1. 無安排足夠嘅枱我哋有大概30個人去訂位，早一個月已經訂好，當日去到，佢仲要我哋加櫈搭個主席位咁樣坐，講緊嗰個主席位夾係另一張長枱之間，超級窄好冇，我早一個月去訂位枱都畀唔夠我。咁多咗人咪直接坐去啲冇人嘅位，個侍應一邊暴走唔停留一邊超快速咁講：呢個位有人book咗㗎喇佢又唔安排足夠嘅位畀我，又唔畀我坐其他位，講緊我早咁多book位喎。2.態度唔好食嘢時間兩小時，夠鐘佢叫人走，佢直接過嚟啲枱話：「走啦走啦」咁樣，我唔係要求你超級有禮貌，但係咁樣真係好冇禮貌😅正常火鍋店都係講用餐時間到之類啦，邊有人講走啦走啦㗎
