To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我由於接近十點收工,諗住去佐敦隨便食晚飯,路經見到呢間餐廳入面都幾多人又見到有中式小菜套餐,太夜唔想只食炒粉炒麵飯,加上已經好肚餓就直接行入去。有位侍應開頭都好快安排最後一個卡位俾我,但成五分鐘一個餐牌都無,之後俾一大疊餐牌我,餐牌太多加上我因為大半以上既野唔係太想食,我主要想叫有肉有菜既菜式,所以唔可以好快叫野食。我睇左三分鐘左右,個侍應話我做乜睇咁耐,就快收工,指明要我最後得五樣野𢵧,我問佢可唔可以叫小菜,佢話唔得,仲惡言相向,咁我乜都唔叫,直接起身走。附近選擇咁多,只係我遲左收工食唔到,我真係唔知憑乜嘢下次再幫襯!!
