To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 今晚有親戚結婚，問服務員攞椅子放嘢，問咗幾個都冇咗影...到最終於有喇，但服務員係將椅子＂fling"埋嚟，旁邊有老人家，有小朋友，我即時轉身想搵個服務員，因佢從柱位後方掉椅子，我睇唔到佢咩樣，我要求其他服務員找尋佢或經理來，但服務員扮無知，扮見唔到個經理，我指住遠處告知身旁服務員：你經理喺嗰面，叫佢過嚟。我同嗰個高層講完，到飲宴完畢，冇人同我道歉及跟進。如果啲伙記係兼職，求求其其，請著啲咁態度員工，兄會令質素繼續走下坡。如果唔係有飲宴，我唔會再去。
