To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

開頭坐左埋位，等左幾分鐘，唔問都唔比餐牌你。你會見到周圍好多人舉手，但d阿姐明明見到你，都扮睇唔到！之後有幾個客嘈底直接出去收銀嗌佢嗌完野食，等左30分鐘都未有野食，其他遲過我黎既人已經食緊或者食完跟住催左幾次單，都求其敷𧗠你話d野黎緊，最嬲之後碗米線明明整好左，個阿姐將佢擺埋一邊，幾分鐘後先攞過黎，擺明玩野！野食到左唔代表有得食，筷子唔係放枱面，碗野到左，你唔問佢，佢又係唔比筷子你呢間應該係全港最差既譚仔，以後都唔會再黎！
