To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification.  在早上10:05坐到埋位 隔咗5分鐘後 落單舉手舉超過三分鐘 10:14見住D阿姐望過黎 扮冇度 仲要全部在場嘅樓面望住都仍然沒有反應 難道真的行一步都不能?10:30啱啱才早上就已經忙到行唔到?講左吾該落單 都冇人應 因為新開特登過嚟光顧 結果服務態度未如理想 之前樓上到餐廳同樣也是這樣故不知新開的舖頭服務態度比之前仲差很失望 就算沒有人手但唔應該這樣對待客人 連轉頭先落單都沒有說 而家嘅餐廳服務態度差到這樣 要特登行出個位去收銀嗰度落單
