To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 去得 #中菜館 叫套餐,我一向都冇要求,因為一般都係廚師預先整定一定嘅份量,喺繁忙時間加熱、裝飾,再分派比食客。所以只要食得落口,我都唔會有太多意見🤔 不過基本嘅服務、同安全意識,我覺得餐廳嘅員工都必須好清晰🤔早兩日我約咗班朋友仔喺 #星光行 樓上嘅 北京樓 Peking Garden 食飯,雖然我對呢類型菜式興趣不大,不過既然壽星女鍾意,我當然會撐佢啦🥳 嚟得幫襯,我相信大部份嘅人客都係為咗隻 #北京填鴨 而嚟,或者係因為廚師怕大家食得太油膩,幾乎成個餐牌嘅菜式都到齊,我都未見到隻 #填鴨😅 不過呢樣對我嚟講都唔係太大問題。先上枱嘅係 #前菜「撈起」,大家似乎無打算理會裡面係啲咩食材,就只係為咗攞個意頭就歡喜😉 大家先將 #粉皮、#青瓜、#雞絲… 瘋狂地攪拌,喻意撈起撈起🥳 大家互相祝福後就開始起筷,#小編 先將攪拌好嘅「撈起」再加入麻醬,再配埋旁邊嘅兩小碟 #海蜇皮 同 #素鴨,口感感覺都幾清新🤤 再嚟嘅係 #宮爆蝦球,味道辣辣地,#蝦球 都幾彈牙,不過賣相就真係喺麻麻地😅 之後再嚟咗幾個 #小菜,有 #蒸餃子、#魚炒菜、#菇炒菜… 都冇乜特別,所以我最終每樣試咗一件就算數😅 等了

先上枱嘅係 #前菜「撈起」,大家似乎無打算理會裡面係啲咩食材,就只係為咗攞個意頭就歡喜😉 大家先將 #粉皮、#青瓜、#雞絲… 瘋狂地攪拌,喻意撈起撈起🥳 大家互相祝福後就開始起筷,#小編 先將攪拌好嘅「撈起」再加入麻醬,再配埋旁邊嘅兩小碟 #海蜇皮 同 #素鴨,口感感覺都幾清新🤤 再嚟嘅係 #宮爆蝦球,味道辣辣地,#蝦球 都幾彈牙,不過賣相就真係喺麻麻地😅 之後再嚟咗幾個 #小菜,有 #蒸餃子、#魚炒菜、#菇炒菜… 都冇乜特別,所以我最終每樣試咗一件就算數😅 等了又等,主角 #北京填鴨 終於登場。明白疫情關係,師傅唔方便出場表演,不過一般做法都會將完整一隻 #燒鴨 送到客人面前,之後再拎入廚房處理,不過可能 #北京樓 太好生意,師傅都係以工廠形式預先幫填鴨片皮,再分發比食客😅 將 #鴨肉、#青瓜、#京蔥 再配以 #甜醬 放上 #麼麼皮 包起一啖放入口,一次過食到唔同嘅味道,不過填鴨肉似乎就無咩味囉😅

講到服務呢方面,我認真要投訴 美心中菜,人手長期不足,當然係構成service level下滑嘅主要成因。成餐飯我哋多次要求服務員幫手加水,可惜同事轉個頭又無咗件事🤔 到上菜嘅時候,我哋見服務員雞手鴨腳咁將啲餸菜放上枱,見唔夠位,諗住拎起隻碟,騰空個位比佢擺嘢,點知服務員轉頭就走咗去,我哋就戇居居咁捧住隻吉碟等佢得閒返嚟收🤔 而最大問題係 #美心/#北京樓 嘅服務員都慣性單手一次過收幾隻碟(單手夾住兩三隻一齊拎起),佢哋呢個壞習慣竟然咁啱又撞瀉咗我隔離杯熱茶,搞到枱布濕晒之餘,我條裙、手袋、電話都濕晒😤 最終服務員都只係求其問吓就走咗去(張枱布仲係濕嘅,但係又無走埋嚟處理)😤 哎 夠竟我部電話要捱幾多次水劫先夠皮呢?
