旺角T.O.P係近年新興嘅潮流集中地之一,入面嘅商店絕對可以潮買潮食,今日行完街之後,就上咗去位於5樓嘅柞木炭家食最愛嘅韓燒。我哋二話不說就揀咗「王道」二人餐。點菜後,店員隨即奉上韓式小碟,是日嘅韓式小碟除咗有最傳統嘅泡菜做主軸之外,仲有醃青瓜、木瓜絲、豆芽菜同醃製蘿蔔。個人就好喜歡醃青瓜,醬汁微辣之中又帶點甜味,配合青瓜非常清爽嘅口感,真係好醒神開胃。而其他嘅泡菜味道都做得好出色,木瓜絲平時比較少見,酸酸甜甜亦都非常開胃,而最正嘅就係所有韓式小碟都可以無限追加,值得一讚!另外套餐亦包括咗擔擔味噌茄子做前菜,呢個茄子屬於涼拌嘅菜式,上面加咗豐富嘅擔擔味噌醬,非常惹味,如果呢個前菜都有得追㗎咁就正到不得了喇!燒肉方面分別有牛、豬、海鮮,先有兩隻大紅蝦,同埋兩款唔同味道嘅墨魚,分別係原味墨魚同有醬汁嘅墨魚,各具特色,肉質亦非常彈牙,而且份量亦唔少。雪下覓炙包括有名品小牛排、和牛牛板腱肉、和牛牛胸腹肉、韓牛牛肩肉,坦白講我就唔係太識分辨呢幾款唔同品種同部位嘅肉,但總括而言,全部都有均勻嘅雪花,微微燒香之後半溶嘅油脂喺口腔裏面非常甘甜,絕對食得出係高質素嘅牛肉。而呢個慶州五花肉就係全晚最精彩嘅

店員會為我哋親手燒製呢份慶州五花肉,店員燒得非常有技巧,務求令到燒出嚟嘅腩肉火候均勻,每啖都食得出肉味同油脂嘅甘香,期間不時因為五花肉嘅油脂流出而做到有火焰嘅效果,呢個不只係一份食物,簡直係一份精彩嘅演出。店員最後會將燒熟嘅五花肉剪開成小件,五花肉經過燒烤之後排出了多餘油脂,所以食起上嚟香而不膩。

「王道」套餐內亦包括一份海鮮豆腐湯,入面嘅海鮮包括有鮮蝦、青口、蜆肉等等,而且仲有大量嘅豆腐、蔬菜、金菇,同時亦配上灑上了小量紫菜嘅白飯,不過我個人就比較喜歡燒肉配白飯多啲。

朋友話聽過有人推介呢度嘅和牛三文治,一場嚟到當然要叫返一份。原來和牛三文治係將厚厚嘅和牛首先製成吉列牛,經過高溫快炸外皮,再用烘焙過嘅麵包夾住吉列和牛,然後切成四方小件。上枱時和牛只有大概一成熟,客人可以按自己口味自行再喺鐵板上燒烤一下和牛,然後再食用,不過都建議唔好燒得過熟,大概五成熟就最能食到和牛肉質嘅鮮嫩口感。

飲品方面,我哋分別叫咗茉莉花綠茶($40)同百香果蜜桃梳打($36),估唔到外表平實嘅茉莉花綠茶味道相當有驚喜,茉莉花嘅香味喺口腔同鼻腔之間遊走,冰凍而清甜,絕對值得推介。
