⚡️同埋我已經提早book咗枱,但去到先知因為煤氣有問題,所以轉咗用Gas爐,但係下晝confirm Booking嘅時候,佢並沒有說明,係我哋去到先知,仲覺得自己冇錯,完全冇諗過辦法,(因為用Gas爐真係好難燒)也沒有任何表示



✨整體來講,抽氣系統一般,啲煙基本上都抽唔上,會向四周圍散開,隻眼容易覺得唔舒服,食物質素一般,性價比低,而且服務質素令人失望😮‍💨

桌子上很多油和污渍 湿纸巾擦完都是黑的 和牛不新鲜 加上服务费四百多的几片牛肉甚至吃不出和普通牛肉有什么分别 像是冻了至少一星期的味道 甚至没有另外一个三百多一条的牛肋肉新鲜 味道非常一般 朋友吃完还肚子痛拉肚子了 服务态度非常差 询问是否能帮忙烤肉答应后喊了另一个女生帮忙烤 全场很不耐烦 烤得敷衍了事 一半焦一半熟的不知道是? 在烤的途中还说粗口和其他店员在麦中吐槽烤肉麻烦不愿意并让其他店员烤肉 后续结账喊了好几次才有一位男服务员理会 前面的女服务员说好后直接无视 和其他人在闲逛聊天也没有来结账 这种服务态度让我疑惑这将近一百的服务费到底付的意义在哪里?花了钱当着客户面吐槽说粗口骂客户各种敷衍了事?
