To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 突然想食車仔麵就點咗個三餸麵, 牛筋, 牛肚, 魚腐加魚皮餃, 再加份小食酸齋。下午茶好抵食, 仲送埋嘢飲點咗杯奶茶紅豆冰要走冰少甜, 佢哋打嚟同我解釋師傅調教最適合嘅味道所以就冇得走冰。拎外賣幾時候店員都好有禮好熱心, 又一次話唔好意思飲品調好味道走唔到冰, 所以送咗魚蛋, 雞翼尖同酸齋畀我, 好有。牛筋, 牛肚同雞翼尖好稔好入味, 魚蛋係嗰種陳皮魚蛋有咬感。另外值得一提既係佢哋嘅酸齋好好食, 酸甜啱啱好又唔會話好多色素嗰種。會繼續幫襯
