To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

行完山都成5:30，車站附近都要搵番間茶餐廳整番個茶餐先走人。近車站搵下搵下，咁啱見到依間餐廳，見佢地出面有張檯，即管坐低作處女嚐試，見到餐牌都有啲想食嘅野，仲有款鮮牛肉河粉，但可免費轉福麵，反正都好耐冇食過福麵，就揀依款啦。牛肉吾係最好，但以價錢去比較，都尚算合格。反而我更欣賞啲阿姐服務好到位、又有禮貌。吾會因為旺場而冇哂服務。最後聽阿姐講晚飯仲可以自來海鮮加工，聽落工錢又吾貴，下次即管自己帶來試下佢地廚房嘅功力。
