To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

呢間本來冇乜期望，但長老話好多人食完話好，唯有奉陪多次。由於工作所限，只可以食午市。一去到，見到人頭湧湧既旅客氣息，同濃濃既祖國情懷，結局都可想而知。食物唯一推薦係狗仔粉。最值得嘉許既係所有員工，態度有禮積極，墊碟超快，十個讚！中間出現一段少插曲。話說鄰枱有家好喜歡食魚生既客人，可能魚生檔要排隊，所有揀選一個最聰明既方法，就係直接拎壽司，而自己去飯，可能久經訓練，三爬兩撥已經食晒D魚，而飯，就好有手尾咁將碟飯拎返去收碟處。正起我眼突突之際，兩名侍應好有禮貌咁拎返碟飯比佢，並提醒佢「我地有魚生檔可以只拎魚生」。好欣賞佢地既禮貌同勇氣！
