To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物都可以,只是服務就比較差。個場咁大,但侍應就比較少,繁忙時間想落單都難。想加單,揾個人要餐牌,耐。食物由下單到上枱,耐。食完埋單,舉手無人睇到,同咗幾個人講先可以拎到張單。不過我重申,野食係無問題既,可能依家商場做緊優惠,吸引了不少人到來消費,以至影響服務。
