To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 八點多，一個人找地方吃晚餐，路經大家樂，就隨隨便便在這兒吃算了。點了一個即炒楊州炒飯，收銀員說要等10至15分鐘，不過可能因為已經過了晚市的繁忙時間，所以不到5分鐘就可領取食物了。飯用塑料蓋蓋着，未打開已經聞到香味了。打開蓋子，看到飯炒得不錯，飯粒粒分明，不油膩，蝦和叉燒也不少，不過這明明是即炒的，不知為什麼卻不太熱，這實在有點奇怪。這家快餐店服務不錯，比如說我只點了炒飯，沒點飲品或餐湯，拿取食物時不用要求，也為我預備了一杯熱開水，另外負責清潔的姨姨很有禮貌，我來時說多謝光臨，離開時又跟我說再見。
