To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

我一個大肚婆先到、同佢講兩位,坐低左四人枱,佢要求我𨍭去走廊二人枱,椅背後係樓梯,當時亦都做緊清潔、 但係當時係冇其他客人等亦有吉枱。明白小店難做所以我照做、但係之後店入面其他客人,共有三對客人分別坐左六人枱及四人枱x2跟住有兩個人入嚟,又係坐咗六人台。店員叫佢轉四人枱,人哋望佢一眼之後冇理佢,佢冇再出聲。咁點解一定要我坐底左都起身轉?全程我一邊食一邊縮埋,隔離仲有一張吉嘅四人枱。快快脆脆食完直程叫我老公唔洗入嚟。
