To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

服務勝過食物的泰式下午茶

食材一般，味道一般，選擇也小。若對於在香港和泰國食過無數次泰國菜的我去評分，只能用剛剛合格來形容，不像泰國口味也迎合不到香港人口味，對每位$188再加一的酒店下午茶也沒有要求，只求找個比較舒服的地點和朋友聚一聚。但用大约$400去食這種不淪不類的泰國菜。就不大值得了。入坐後送上一大杯荔枝冰串燒凍的，泰國豬肉碎也煮得奇奇怪怪 ，甜品也不吸引，最好食的竟然是迷你葡撻和macaron而幾位男性香港人員工的服務很细心及有禮貌，應記一功。
