To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

上周末重遊去吃下午茶high tea set for 2, 要待下午三點二十分才可入場，食物鹹點佳，但那些mouses cake 則不好吃、太甜，太多了。我看一些其他顧客也剩下不吃。我去了十多間酒店high tea 也從來未試過浪費食物不吃！另，scone 餅差！失敗之作！上次左此食tea buffet （即上一層)質素好很多！待應生服務態度一般！不夠禮貌及專業！十分忙般但其實又不是！取了我碟又忘記給回我！香港五星酒店業培訓員工服務態度很一般！但環境舒適，5時55分便趕客！冇人和你説再見！若果你重視服務及質素！您一定失望！但若享受環境、食物也次要，那真的是休閑一去處！
