Classic Lobster Salad
龍蝦嘅鮮甜度有時會好搶,加入沙律裡面攞個味道平衡其實幾難,
但加左果味醬汁嘅甜味就可以平衡之餘仲有提鮮嘅作用。
The Lobster is freshness with the sweet taste.
The salad is refreshing and the seasoning is well balanced with the taste of lobster.

面頭放塊有烤溶咗帕爾馬芝士嘅烤面包上個滿佈洋蔥絲嘅洋蔥湯裡面,又係洋蔥湯嘅另一個境界。
A piece of toasted bread with parmasen cheese on top is placed on the soup, which gives fabulous aroma for the onion soup.

海陸盛宴配蘑菇汁
Surf and turf (Sirloin and lobster tail) with mushroom sauce
西冷五成熟,肉汁被充分保留,配埋烤過嘅龍蝦,再點埋個蘑菇汁,無得彈。
The sirloin is tender and juicy.
Zucchini and bell pepper roll is very good matching with the roasted lobster.
Mashed purple sweet potato and the mashed pumpkin are created the well balance of the whole picture.

一邊係慢煮嘅三文魚,又嫩又滑,一邊係香煎肉質結實嘅安康魚,同樣出色,調味一流!
The slow cooked salmon is so creamy and smooth, and the juicy and the freshness taste of salmon is being kept.
Monk fish is well seared on both side and well seasoned.
